Summer camps at the heart of Ratoath

Ratoath Community Centre will host a number of youth camps this summer, for toddlers through to teens, covering a variety of interests and activities.

Band Camp week with Maria Butterly will run 25th-30th June, from 10.00am to 2.00pm each day. The week will focus on signing, playing an instrument, songwriting and performing on stage and will help prepare young musicians for the upcoming Meath's Got Talent competition.

The Happy Days camp for children aged 3-7 will run for four weeks, from 2nd July, from 10.00am to 2.00pm each day. The camp will include crafts, sports and games.

Irish dancing for toddlers camp will run 9th-12th July. Dancer Veronica Barry will introduce Irish dancing, ceili music, singing, tin whistle and fiddle to young participants.

Other activity-based camps include Joanne's art camp for ages 5-10 from 16th-19th July, science camp for ages 7-12 from 30th July to 2nd August, Learnit Lego camps, music and drama camps and Glee camp, among others.
